By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using the font software ("Font Software") provided by Zetafonts, you explicitly accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this License. If you do not agree with these terms in full, you are not permitted to download, install, or use the Font Software.

1. Grant of License - Commercial Use

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Zetafonts grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, valid worldwide and revocable license to:
- Embed the Font Software on a single web domain (as defined by the root domain name indicated in your invoice or license confirmation), using the @font-face CSS rule with WOFF or WOFF2 formats only.
- Serve the Font Software from your own web server (self-hosted) to render live text on websites through web browsers.
- Use the Font Software up to the monthly pageview limit specified in your license tier, as recorded at the time of purchase or renewal.

This license covers only web use. Any other use (e.g., desktop, app, broadcast, server or logo design) requires a separate license.

2. Uses NOT covered by this license

Except as expressly agreed with Zetafonts, you are not allowed to:
- Use the Font Software on more than one domain or subdomain unless each is licensed separately.
- Exceed the monthly pageview limit defined by your license tier without upgrading your license accordingly.
- Serve the Font Software from a third-party CDN, public server or open source software that makes the font accessible to other websites or users.
- Allow font file downloads, extraction, or use beyond rendering via @font-face.
- Convert, modify, or reformat the Font Software (e.g., to EOT, TTF, SVG, or other formats).
- Use the Font Software for embedding in apps, desktop software, eBooks, or for streaming content, logo design or other offline use.
- Make any other use not expressly permitted under point 1 of this Agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that:
- All intellectual and industrial property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, and design rights) in the Font Software are the sole property of Ligature srl, unless otherwise agreed.
- This license does not transfer any ownership rights
- Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of international intellectual property laws.
- Zetafonts reserves the right to include works created with its fonts in its portfolio to showcase typeface usage and design quality, and to publicly reference the Licensed User as a client (including the use of the Licensed User’s logo). However, the Licensed User will always be informed in advance and may refuse such publication at his sole discretion.

4. Limited Warranty & Disclaimer

Zetafonts warrants that it is the rightful owner of the Font Software and that granting this license does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
The Font Software is provided “as is” and Zetafonts expressly disclaims any further warranties, whether express or implied. Zetafonts shall not be liable for:
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Loss of profits or savings
- Claims from third parties
(Some exclusions may not apply depending on your jurisdiction.)
The Font Software is designed to render the typeface consistently across standard, updated operating systems and design applications. If you experience technical issues, you must notify Zetafonts at info@zetafonts.com within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase or download, providing proof of license and a description of the issue. If the claim is validated, Zetafonts will supply a repaired or replacement version of the Font Software. If neither option is possible, a partial or full refund may be issued. This is your sole and exclusive remedy.

5. License Duration and Termination

This License is perpetual. Any violation of the terms will result in automatic termination of the License. Upon termination, all copies of the Font Software must be deleted. Zetafonts reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in case of infringement.

6. Audit Rights and Compliance

Zetafonts reserves the right to verify your compliance with this License. Upon reasonable written notice, you agree to cooperate in good faith by providing accurate and complete information regarding your use of the Font Software. If it is determined that your use exceeds the limits of this license, you agree to promptly regularize your usage by obtaining the appropriate license(s) and paying any applicable fees.

7. Definitions

- Font Software: Digital files used to render the typeface, including any accompanying documentation.
- Commercial Use: Any use of the Font Software that is part of a business, professional service, paid work, or client project. This includes, but is not limited to, branding, publishing, marketing, advertising, internal communications, and the creation of content intended for commercial distribution or monetization.
- Use: Installing, loading, accessing, displaying, or otherwise interacting with the Font Software.
- Licensed User: means the Licensee or an individual within the same legal entity as the Licensee, authorized to use the Font Software.This does not include external contractors, freelancers, or affiliated entities unless explicitly covered by the license.
- Pageview: One pageview is counted every time someone opens a webpage where the font is displayed. If a page on your website uses the font, every visit to that page counts as one pageview — even if the font was already loaded before.
- Embed / Embedding: Using the font on a website so that it appears as live text/headings in a browser. This is done through CSS (using the @font-face rule), and the font files must be stored on your own server.

8. Governing Law & Contact

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Italy and the EU. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Florence, Italy. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Zetafonts.
